1. HOW TO ENTER. For instructions on how to enter, follow either (a) the sweepstakes or contest rules on wralfm.com/contest ,  (b) the rules detailed below, or (c) the directions mentioned on-air. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device or method to automate entry is prohibited. Incorrect, illegible, corrupt, and incomplete entries are void. Proof of entry submission will not be deemed proof of receipt.
2. SPONSOR. The sponsor of a contest or sweepstakes is WRAL FM, Inc., d/b/a MIX 101.5, and Capitol Broadcasting Company (“Sponsor”).
3. ELIGIBILITY. Contests and sweepstakes are open only to permanent U.S. residents 18 years of age as of the start of the contest or sweepstakes, and who reside in the MIX 101.5 total service area (TSA), as defined by Arbitron. Employees of Sponsor and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) are not eligible. Unless otherwise stated in the specific rules for a contest or sweepstakes, entrants (a) are eligible to win a prize only once within a thirty-day period, and (b) may not enter a contest or sweepstakes more than once. By submitting an entry to a contest or sweepstakes, the entrant acknowledges and agrees (a) to all of these Official Rules, and (b) to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are binding and final.
4. PRIZE(S) AND ODDS. The method of choosing a winner(s), prize description, prize ARV, and odds of winning are outlined in either (a) the specific sweepstakes or contest rules on wralfm.com/contest (b) the rules detailed below, (c) under the Contest  tab on wralfm.com/contests , or (d) as mentioned on-air. The winner(s) will be notified by phone, email, or the social media account provided at entry and instructed how to claim and obtain the prize. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the receipt and/or use of the prize. Winner must sign and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, as well as IRS form W-9: Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification for any prize over $600.00 in total value. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after thirty (30) days. Any winner who forfeits a prize is not eligible to win another Sponsor contest or sweepstakes for thirty (30) days.
5. RELEASE. By entering a contest or sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its prize suppliers, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in a contest or sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. By checking the relevant box or selection on the entry form, entrants agree that Sponsor may contact them via email with information, special content or features. An entrant may discontinue receiving such materials at any time by using the unsubscribe procedures contained in the email message.
6. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited, participation in a contest or sweepstakes constitutes a winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of any and all materials submitted with an entry, including winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify a contest or sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest or sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of a contest or sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to change the Official Rules at any time to ensure the fair administration of the contest or sweepstakes and compliance with applicable laws.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in a contest or sweepstakes; (b) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (c) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of a contest or sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in a contest or sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
9. DISPUTES. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with a contest or sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina or the appropriate North Carolina State Court located in Wake County, North Carolina; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering a contest or sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with a contest or sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of North Carolina or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of North Carolina.

HOW TO ENTER. You may enter by completing the online entry form by scanning the QR code in our studio at Park West Village between 11:00 a.m. ET on Monday, August 19, 2024, and 3:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, August 25, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). Visit participating stores for an additional chance to enter. Only one (1) eligible entry may be made each day during the Promotion Period and any additional entries received from any person or email address will void all such additional entries. Entrants must be the registered subscriber of the email account from which the entry is made. Entries that are (a) incomplete, illegible or corrupted, or (b) generated by a script, macro or other automated means will not be eligible.

SPONSOR. The sponsor of this sweepstakes is WRAL FM, Inc. d/b/a MIX 101.5, wralfm.com, Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. and Park West Village (“Sponsor”). This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple or Facebook.

ELIGIBILITY. The sweepstakes is open only to permanent U.S. residents 18 years of age as of Monday, August 19, 2024, and who reside in North Carolina. Employees of Sponsor and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) are not eligible. Persons who have won a prize in any sweepstakes sponsored by Sponsor in the last 12 months are ineligible to win this sweepstakes. PRIZE(S) AND ODDS. Following the end of the promotion period, one (1) winner will be drawn at random to receive $1,000 shopping spree to Park West Village (in the form of five (5) two-hundred-dollar gift certificates to five stores of the winner’s choice within Park West Village. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will determine the odds of winning the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

PRIZE REDEMPTION AND RELEASE. The winner will be notified at the contact information submitted at time of entry and will be instructed regarding how to claim and obtain the prize. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the receipt and/or use of the prize. Winner will be required to sign and return to WRAL-FM an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within seven (7) days of notification, as well as IRS form W-9: Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification for any prize over $600.00 in total value. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. No substitution of prizes or transfer of prizes to a third party is permitted. HOW TO ENTER. Listen to MIX 101.5 around 3:00PM ET starting Monday, September 23rd, 2024, and ending at 3:00PM ET Friday, September 27th, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”) while MIX 101.5’s midday show host, Meghan and afternoon show host, Jim go head-to-head in a cognitive challenge.  Listeners are encouraged to text “JIM” or “MEG” to (919) 860-1015 each day and choose which person they think will win. All text entries with the correct keyword will be entered in that day’s drawing, only one (1) entry is allowed per day. Winner will be contacted via phone call to the number entered with. Texts placed to a phone number other than (919) 860-1015 are not eligible to win.

Persons who have won a prize valued over $100 in any promotion sponsored by Sponsor in the last 30 days are ineligible to win this promotion. Only one (1) entry per person/household permitted  . PRIZE(S) AND ODDS.  Each weekday during the Promotion Period, listers will have a chance to enter to win a gift card by guessing who will win that day’s cognitive challenge.  During the Promotion Period, MIX 101.5’s midday and afternoon show hosts will go head-to-head in the cognitive challenge at approximately 3:00PM ET. There will be twenty-six (26) envelopes with one (1) letter and one (1) category each. Show hosts will choose an envelope to open and have fifteen (15) seconds to name as many things as possible they can think of that start with that letter, in that category. (Example: Jim Kelly gets the letter “S” and the category “singing”, each host has fifteen (15) seconds to name as many things related to singers that starts with the letter S). Listen to MIX 101.5 around 1:00PM ET each Monday and Tuesday, starting Monday, September 23rd, 2024, and ending at 1:00PM ET Tuesday, October 1st, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”) when the host will ask a question about NBC’s The Voice. If you know the answer, call (919) 860-1015, the first person through with the correct answer will win. Only one (1) entry is allowed per week. Calls placed to a phone number other than (919) 860-1015 are not eligible to win. Listeners can also visit wralfm.com and follow the prompts for a chance to enter a bonus drawing.

OPEN TO PERMANENT U.S. RESIDENTS WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY.

HOW TO ENTER. Listen to Mix 101.5 between 7:00AM ET Monday, September 16, 2024, and 4:00PM ET Friday, November 22, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”) for clues to help you identify who committed the Whodunit prank. Throughout the Promotion Period, clues may be provided on air, on MIX 101.5’s stream (available via app, website or smart speaker), and/or MIX 101.5’s social media accounts. Each Friday during the Promotion Period MIX 101.5 will announce to text the keyword “SOLVED” to (919) 860-1015 at approximately 7:00AM ET, 11:00AM ET, and 4:00PM ET to have a chance to identify which artist committed the prank. All text entries with the correct keyword will be entered in that hour’s drawing, only one (1) entry is allowed per hour. Entries must be received within ten minutes of the initial announcement of the keyword to be eligible. After each keyword entry period, MIX 101.5 will randomly select an entrant to participate and guess “Whodunit”. Texts placed to a phone number other than (919) 860-1015 are not eligible to win. SPONSOR. The sponsor of this promotion is WRAL-FM, LLC d/b/a MIX 101.5, Crabtree, and Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. (“Sponsor”). This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple or Facebook.

ELIGIBILITY. The promotion is open only to permanent U.S. residents who are 18 years of age as of Monday, September 16, 2024, and who reside in the WRAL-FM Total Service Area as defined by Nielsen Audio.  Employees of Sponsor and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) are not eligible. Persons who have won a prize valued over $100 in any promotion sponsored by Sponsor in the last 30 days are ineligible to win this promotion. Only one (1) entry per person/household permitted per hour during the Promotion Period. If randomly selected to  to guess “Whodunit”, you only have one guess. By submitting an entry to this promotion, the entrant acknowledges and agrees (a) to all these Official Rules, and (b) to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are binding and final.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in the Official Rules.

PRIZE(S) AND ODDS.  Each Friday during the Promotion Period, starting September 20, 2024, MIX 101.5 will announce to text the keyword “SOLVED” to (919) 860-1015 at approximately 7:00AM ET. One If the artist is guessed correctly, the caller will win that week’s prize of $1,000. If the artist is guessed incorrectly, MIX 101.5 will announce to text the keyword “SOLVED” around 11:00AM ET. If answered incorrectly again, MIX 101.5 will announce to text the keyword “SOLVED” around 4:00PM ET.

Each hourly finalist will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will determine the odds of winning. Selection for each hourly finalist will take place no sooner than ten (10) minutes after the keyword has been announced to the public, but no later than twenty (20) minutes after. (For example: Friday, September 27, 2024, keyword is given at 7:00AM ET. The finalist will be selected no sooner than 7:10AM ET the same day, and no later than 7:20AM ET and so forth for each designated contesting hour.) The hourly finalist will be notified by phone call to the number the text was received from and instructed regarding how to participate and potentially win the prize.

-If the artist is guessed incorrectly all three (3) times each Friday, the prize money will be added to the next week’s jackpot ($2,000).  This will continue until the end of the Promotion Period.

Prize will be issued via check and must be cashed within 180 days of winning. Sponsor will not reissue a check if lost, destroyed, or expired. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.  Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the receipt and/or use of the prize.  Winner must sign and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, as well as IRS form W-9: Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification for any prize over $600.00 in total value.  If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited.

RELEASE.  By entering this promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its prize suppliers, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in this promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

PUBLICITY.  Except where prohibited, participation in this promotion constitutes a winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
