MIX 101.5 WRAL-FM is working to help inform our ticket contest winners, but if you have any questions about a certain tour / venue / partner rule or regulation, please reach out directly to that venue / partner. Additionally (in most cases) winners should expect to receive their tickets digitally (through email) the same week as the show. This is when they are made available to us by either the venue or the promoter.

All prizes must be claimed within 30 business days of winning unless otherwise specified by our promotions director. Prizes not claimed within 30 business days will be forfeited. All winners must complete an electronic prize release form, and provide the following in order to receive prize- Name, Date of Birth, Mailing Address, Phone Number, E-Mail Address . Prizes will be mailed or electronically delivered unless otherwise specified by our promotions director. Please call our promotion director at 919-890-6305 if you have any additional questions.
